SVL Retreats provides luxury villa rentals located in exclusive destinations, including Hawaii and Barbados. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued by SVL Retreats.
SVL Retreats reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation if necessary due to availability issues, property maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Policy
To secure a reservation, guests may be required to make either:
- A deposit payment, or
- Full payment at the time of booking
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
All payments must be completed before the check-in date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and property owners.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 14–30 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
5. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method used during the reservation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times apply to all properties unless otherwise stated.
Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, local regulations, and neighboring residents during their stay.
Guests are responsible for:
- Maintaining the property in good condition
- Reporting any damage immediately
- Following house rules provided for the specific villa
Any damages caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
8. Property Availability
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of property listings, SVL Retreats reserves the right to substitute or relocate guests to a similar property in rare situations such as:
- Maintenance issues
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will ensure the alternative property meets similar standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
SVL Retreats shall not be held responsible for:
- Accidents or injuries occurring during a guest’s stay
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Events beyond our control including natural disasters, travel disruptions, or local restrictions
Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
